Local Networking
Business 400 - 5:30pm TO 7:30pm (Ongoing Monthly 1st Tuesday)
Business 400 has been one of the best networking groups that we have attended in a long time:
Be sure to say Mike Stewart referred you if you decide to join!
Not only have we made a lot of great contacts, there is wonderful food, and you have the opportunity win $ cash $ prizes every month by putting your business card in the box at each table. Mike & I both won $50 while attending one of these networking events. I’m most impressed with the follow up I’ve received from people that got my business card. Often times business cards are collected and go back to someones desk and sit there until they are eventually discarded. I think that is the most difficult thing about networking is that if you don’t follow up within the first week, the moment is lost. I like to write on the card the next day where I got it so I’ll remember who the person is and how I met them. If I wait a day or 2 I’m lost.
This month we have a networking table to be sure to bring lots of business cards and stop by our table to see Mike’s new system for dealing with the business card dilema.

My good friend Bonnie Ross-Parker has been a master networker for years! I met her in the early 1990’s at an event and we kept bumping into each other all over town. Bonnie has turned a great dream into a fabulous business. Each group has it’s own individual twist, so be sure to visit more than one group if you can. Sorry guys. this is a ladies only event :0)
